It is composed of an entrance, a toilet, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a balcony with a view of the mountains.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with WC.

Outside, a ski locker. Possibility of parking near the apartment (free parking at the residence).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette grill and all the crockery for 5 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and in the LES SYBELLES ski area.
Access to the slopes is very easy on foot or by free shuttle.

Take advantage of the residence's outdoor swimming pool for free in the summer while the residence is open, from July 7 to August 25.

Please note that sheets and towels are optional and extra as well as end-of-stay cleaning and WIFI connection. You can order up to 3 days before your arrival.

ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are accepted, kept on a leash and provided that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement to be paid for the presence of an animal is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please notify the agency.
