A closed garage is available for bikes/motorbikes. The accommodation can easily accommodate 8 people, as it has 2 double beds and 6 single beds.

Welcome to this Prestige accommodation nestled in the heart of a new, tastefully decorated chalet, with access to a private sauna (3 hours/day), in a privileged setting with breathtaking views of the resort and the Aiguilles d'Arves.

Our duplex sauna is located at the entrance to the village, just below the cheese dairy.
During the tourist season (summer and winter), a free shuttle bus takes you to the village and the slopes in just 5 minutes! The first shops (bakery, restaurant, sports store) are around 600m away.

Come and stay exclusively in this brand new accommodation in the heart of a real wooden chalet and benefit from access to the private sauna (limited to 2 hours / day).
On the road to the Col de la Croix de Fer and at the entrance to the village, you can easily reach the slopes of St Jean d'Arves or Saint Sorlin d'Arves, thanks to the free shuttles accessible in 5 min on foot (during periods opening of the station).

You will find on the first level, a spacious and bright living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, a WC.
The first floor consists of a shower room with WC, a bedroom with double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds (or double bed), another mezzanine with a single sofa bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and finally a master bedroom with double bed, balcony and shower room.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric coffee machine with filters and another with pods (DOLCE GUSTO), a kettle, a raclette and fondue machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 11 people!

Mezzanines are not recommended for children under 8 years old and adults over 60 years old.

Outside, you will have two reserved parking spaces as well as an independent ski locker.

Please note that sheets and towels are optional and extra.
You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.

Your booking includes free cleaning at the end of your stay.

PETS: The owner accepts pets! Please note that only small pets are accepted, kept on a lead and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement payable for the presence of a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
